- Initial Screening: We conduct initial screenings of the received applications and resumes to determine if candidates meet the basic job requirements and qualifications outlined by the client. This step often involves assessing educational background, relevant work experience, skills, and other key criteria.
- Phone/Video Interviews: Qualified candidates are typically invited for preliminary phone or video interviews. During these interviews, HR professionals assess candidates' communication skills, motivation, career goals, and initial fit for the role and the organization.
