  • Understanding Client Requirements: We begins by comprehensively understanding the client's needs, including job descriptions, required skills, experience, qualifications, and cultural fit within the client's organization.
  • Sourcing Candidates: We utilize various channels to source candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networking sites, employee referrals, and their existing candidate database. They may also proactively reach out to passive candidates.
  • Initial Screening: We conduct initial screenings of the received applications and resumes to determine if candidates meet the basic job requirements and qualifications outlined by the client. This step often involves assessing educational background, relevant work experience, skills, and other key criteria.
  • Phone/Video Interviews: Qualified candidates are typically invited for preliminary phone or video interviews. During these interviews, HR professionals assess candidates' communication skills, motivation, career goals, and initial fit for the role and the organization.
  • Assessment Tests: Depending on the client's requirements and the nature of the position, candidates may be asked to complete assessment tests or exercises to evaluate their technical skills, cognitive abilities, personality traits, and other relevant competencies.
  • Reference Checks: We conduct reference checks to verify candidates' employment history, performance, and character references provided by previous employers or professional contacts.
